Glut of Available Space Forces Commercial Building Owners to Work With Tenants

I was driving down a busy street in a commercial district recently and out of the corner of my eye I noticed a "space available" lawn sign. I would have ignored it, but the second "space available" sign caught my attention. This was a banner sign stretched across the front of an office building. Read more
